I think Carter's still good at directing and producing, he just needs someone else to act as the head writer.

No way are they killing off Scully. No. Way. And stop listening to those gut feelings. Put down the knife, there's no reason to cut your belly open.

Don't you think it was meant as a droll thing to say? This show has always enjoyed droll moments.

Shorter seasons can be done well. The third season of Supernatural was shortened due to the writer's strike, and it's by far the tightest of the entire show. Or Take the first season of Twin Peaks, short, but hot damn did they pack a lot in, complete with a great cliffhanger ending.

The thing about that scene, is it's so, so pitiful.

No more comic books for you, young man. It's time to read To Kill a Mockingbird; that book report's due in two weeks.

I think the rushed feeling has all to do with it being a six parter, with the first episode wasted on expositition dumping. If this were from the classic eras, there would've been more time to stretch things out and create some red herrings [something I wish we saw in these newer episodes instead of quick and easy

The whole game felt like it was prepping the player for a terrible choice, and the themes dropped throughout the game support either choice; neither one felt tacked on like most games, where stuff just happens. Tom Hardy and the bear were the most likable characters.

You joke about it, but in the original prints the Hardy Boys carried a gun and usually someone died.

I've seen some of the gameplay, and it looks and sounds really interesting. It makes me happy to see these kinds of games coming out.
