I think it's an industry thing mostly. It's having faith in your show and your talent and also so you can get more work and recognition. Some of the Gossip Girl actors used to submit themselves (Chace Crawford, I think?). And I hope Dylan's episode was the penultimate episode last season.

Guys, Crystal Reed is like 28. This disturbs me because she looks so young until you think about it and realize girl is approaching 30.

Certain aspects just rang so false though. Like Headphone and I were talking about, there would just never EVER be someone keeping the score. That's almost always (98% of the time) the players' responsibility.
