I think Hank underestimated Skylar.  He assumed that she would just be so relieved to spill her guts, esp. to her caring brother-in-law, that he was very straightforward in asking for a confession without promising anything in return.  It may have been a boneheaded play, but let's not forget that Walt and Hank were

EG — Everything you said is right, but I don't think that Walter was responsible for Hank's shooting.  He didn't know about it before it occurred.  Sure, it wouldn't have happened if Walt hadn't been cooking, but in his line of work, it easily could have been someone else, not related to Hank, who set the chain of

Skinner was donzo once he was in the car with Linden, his lover.  He explained things because she asked him. It made sense that he might explain, given their relationship, and the predicament they were in.

Agreed.  Thank You, The Killing.

I don't agree that Skinner had that many opportunities to turn the table. He could have sped off when Linden got out of the car to vomit, but she had her gun in her hand the whole time. Let's not forget that Linden is a veteran cop, and a very fit and wily one too.

Little Red Corvette — Bullet's family was at her funeral.  Crying on top of her coffin, in fact.

"Holder: Hey kid, you know that scene you can't stop drawing?

Yeah seriously.  That's been my nagging me the whole season.  The drawing is the only thing that connects this case with past seasons, and it is also the primary reason why the dump site was found.

Ok, I watched the scene with the informant in the back of the car.  Apparently, the victim got away from PM in the alley and then PM chased after her in his car.  Unless the blood in the car is from earlier in the night, then PM caught up with her and put her in the car.  We don't really know what happened after that,

Seems heinous, yeah, but is it a crime?  That'd be a big question.  He didn't put her in that situation.

We don't see everything the family saw.  Maybe they watched a lot of junk before they saw the special scenes shared with the audience.  The show's time construct, after all, compresses 24 hours into 45 minutes.  It would make sense that we did not see every frame of film that Rosie shot.  Just like we don't see Linden

I agree that Richmond meeting with these people makes little sense.

Maybe, her statement was just, "Ahhhhh!  It's him [the crazy little short guy who's chasing me through the woods with intent to kill]!!!!!"

Look, I'm just glad I know who did it.  That's what I was looking for, and there was a half way interesting twist thrown in.  Is it the best show ever?  No way in hell.  Is it better than CSI?  I think so.

What you're saying has merit, but the show tried to explain these things.  Jamie thought she was videotaping their meeting, which would have been bad for him, like really bad.  Three high-level business / political people discussing how they just got caught committing a bunch of felonies that they were conspiring
