Apparently it ISN'T (well, not officially, anyway). It's possible studio lawyers are being dicks, which would be the only valid reason for NOT using it (it even has a good role for a younger actor as Conan's son, which is a great way to let Arnold bow out gracefully and hand the franchise over)

I think the review misses the most important thing about the episode- for the first time, they actually devoted more attention to the Chiklis stuff than the Quaid stuff.

Savino is clearly the best part of the show; they've resisted the impulse to just turn him into a glowering villian, and turned him into a smart, capable guy who's actually not unsympathetic. If this were some OTHER show, on some OTHER network, he'd be the hero.

wish they would just re-edit the show into an instructional video- 'How
To Run A Casino The MICHAEL CHIKLIS Way". (the Dennis Quaid stuff could
be turned into little "Cowboy Cop!" clips, not unlike the "Walker Wheel"
on Conan O'Brien).
