Did that really happen?  I sure hope it happened.

Don't forget his turn as Andy Dick's "twin" brother on Newsradio.

Name dropper.

I gottcha.  That is a fair critique.

I would like to throw out "The Adventures of Brisco County Jr." for best intro:

Naw, it didn't remind me so much of the Dresden books (which I didn't care for).  It reminded me more of the Garrett, PI books by Glen Cook.

"In the opening minutes of the show, he describes Pulau Tiga as an island off the coast of Malaysia; minutes later, he says it’s an island off the coast of Borneo"

I cracked up every time it went from the sportsmanship break to the  Maori war-dance.

They can't seem to decide whether it was a three part finale to season 2, or a three part intro to season 3.

To be fair, Abe Lincoln was not much of a looker, by all reports.

I don't think he's really the main guy anymore.  Ruxin and Kevin have become more of the show's center, especially now that Jenny is in the League.

Reloaded is entertaining; my problem with Revolutions is that it is incredibly boring.  The Zion scenes are nothing but CGI robots firing into the air.

I love David Mitchell.

As a huge Seattle Mariner's fan, one of my favorite movies as a kid was Little Big League, since the M's played the bad bad team the good guys have to beat at the end.  Plus, <spoilers> the Mariners win (thanks to Ken Griffey Jr. robbing a homerun, if I remember right).

Ewoks do suck.  They were a cheap marketing ploy by George Lucas, nothing more.  Proof: No one ever says the word "Ewok" in the entire movie.  I liked Ewoks until I read that and went back and checked.  They were a blatant marketing ploy that shows where George Lucas's focus was: selling a lot of Star Wars merchandise

I thought the same thing until I played the first one.  The gameplay is addicting.  It actually requires skill.  For me, the first one was more about the narrative in my head; do I continue to explore this dungeon, or head back home to bank the souls I've collected?  And like they said above, it is really all about

For a sense of his writing I would suggest Zodiac, his never mentioned environmental book.  It is not very long, and very enjoyable.

Is the diet joke really the thing the episode is  best-remembered for?  I just watched the episode, and barely noticed the jokes.  Although it is probably because they aren't all that funny.

Yeah.  Can you imagine AR without Tobias or George Senior?  You could tell they kind of ran out of ways to work him (George Senior) into plots in the first season while he was in prison.  Of course, the stuck him in the attic for a large section of the second season, so Oscar remained a good way to get get  Jeffery

The Japanese businessmen polt is great, but I hated the whole Mr. F/Rita plot (only place the show ever misstepped), so I'd take Good Grief (perhaps the show's best episode).
