I'm no fan of The Game, but I was riveted by the White Rabbit scene the first time I saw it.

You should be watching Australian junkie films, like Candy and Little Fish. They won't let you down with happy endings.
I was looking for some smack, and then I found some smack
and heaven knows what I'm miserable about now
You're not helping yourself, but I admire your continued questioning.
Put some nnf into it. I want to hear plenty of nnfs.
Australia.
Some googling tells me I've unwittingly used an offensive term. My apologies.
It's thankfully reignited the debate in my country also. It's hard to not feel like a little backward when Ireland beats you to gay marriage.
The "forced down their throats" argument is plain silly. I can't imagine how it will impact on straight people at all.
"I'm pretty sure the plot isn't any more incoherent than the average Raymond Chandler novel."
The pace is annoying slow compared to Jeopardy and the host is a bit shouty. Ten minutes was enough for me.
So, SPOILERS, they're all still alive besides Abigail? That's a surprise.
All I recall from the novel is he was pretty damned big with a hare-lip. Is that right?
I read vol 7 & 8 of The Unwritten which were pretty great, and heaps better than I would have any reason to believe after the early volumes. Like Carey showed with his work on Lucifer, he really is masterful when it comes to progressing the plot naturally.
Nice avatar/user name, Charlie.
I loathed Happy! so much, I started skipping pages to get to the end. Stupid and terribly muddled. (imho)
You're not the only one. I could only presume it went back to the old super-hero tradition of needlessly putting 2 words per sentence in bold. Or, I'm missing something also.
I found the really early stuff somewhat insubstantial. I much preferred the 2nd half of 32 Stories to the first. Summer Blonde is probably the peak for me, though this new volume looks right up my alley.
Nice work, Oliver.
I got him to sign his autobigraphy, "Jail to Yale, an American tale", on his last book tour. He was in good humour considering he was still recovering from the eye-cancer.
