That bothered me too but I think she is so logical and able to make connections that her boss can't that it might have seemed obvious to her that given the connections that have come up, of course he'd be sensible and send her over there. And they're also probably contrasting her innate honesty, even when it ends up

It was in the first episode, he called them about the guy in the trunk, there was an office with a ton of phones set up. He definitely works for some kind of organization—I think that's also how he got sent to help Stavros—he just also goes off in his own and fucks with people.

I keep making comparisons to other things but that reminded me of Lost when we first met Ben (or "Henry Gale"), there was a shot of him in the cell he was being held in in the hatch and it wasn't clear at the time what his deal was but he gave this small smile…

He reminded me so much in that scene of the narrator of Jim Thompson's novel The Killer Inside Me.

My husband and I were FREAKING OUT, going "oh my god" and grabbing each other's hands. We'd seen the rumors that the show was a sequel but weren't sure if that would turn out to be true. I hope this means the rumors about Lou are true too! Imagine little tiny Molly meeting Margie back in her dad's cop days.

Yes! Zach Woods wearing the Always Sunny t-shirt was good but I liked hearing "You gotta pay the troll toll…" even more

It's almost like they knew they were in the company of someone who calls women "females" and goes into a tizzy when anyone makes a legitimate point about sexism

"But given what we have seen Cersei Lannister capable of—her ex-husband is hardly the only man she’s had killed—is it even conceivable that she would stand for it? Jaime raping Cersei is a major anomaly for these two characters—even based purely on what we’ve seen in the show. It’s just not something that either

All of my comics knowledge comes through cultural osmosis and Wikiepdia articles, so can someone fill me in on who the "high school valedictorian in Iowa City" is?

It was really something how gung-ho a Latino guy and a Jewish guy were to be working for, like, super-Nazis

That was similarly-prolific character actor Nestor Serrano (if we're thinking of the same person)

I was so nervous that something would happen to Kalinda when she was checking on Will but for once a show killed off the bland boring guy to further a bunch of women's emotional development

No, I really like both the actress and character, I just wish they'd given her plots that didn't involve idiot teen romances. Any time she had a scene directly focused on her processing her father's actions and her feelings toward him, she was great. I'll miss her but her scene in the motel room was a good note to go

She's given a storyline that is mostly a waste of time and doesn't really go anywhere, but she does have some good moments. But, I'm someone who not only thinks Morgan Saylor is immensely talented but also likes Dana as a character. I hope Saylor finds more work soon.

"Don't you have any Christmas music?" "This IS Christmas music!"

I don't know, that line makes a lot of sense when you remember the whole thing was put together by one of the people behind "I Don't Like Mondays"; it works better if you think of it as darkly sarcastic in that same vein.

I wasn't really expecting a verse about having sex with his wife to involve comparing himself to (convicted rapist) Mike Tyson and (notorious abuser) Ike Turner, and yet here we are
