Yeah and in my experience, so many of the podcast/general comedy fans I interact with are other women, so it's really not an issue of "well women just aren't interested!" (although, tbh, most genres people claim women aren't interested in usually have very vocal female fan contingents, but anyway).

Have you ever listened to Analyze Phish, where Harris Wittels tries to get (an extremely skeptical) Scott into Phish? I liked Scott already but AP has made me like him more because you do get a lot more of his real personality, which is very quick-witted and nerdy but in a really good-natured, easygoing way.

Especially since when he was first investigating the deaths, there was a shot of him suspiciously eyeing a very low-to-the-ground (i.e. child height) handprint or something.

And I'm not sure if "she dies in the comic" really proves anything here, since in the comic from what I know she dies in a very graphic and unmistakable way, as opposed to just… not being there. So I don't think her fate in the comic really bolsters the argument that she's meant to be dead here since the comic made it

Caw hell caw!

Yeah I'll never forget the guest actor list for the episode "Ozymandias" on Breaking Bad (and myself being dumb enough to think it might really be true)

B+

From what i saw reported, he was coming back from a charity event for typhoon victims in the Philippines.

Also, next week won't be the first time he's been in a prison

I always just call her Luna Lovegood

This is a small thing, but it wasn't the "Appalachian" Meeting in 1957, it was the Apalachin Meeting, held in Apalachin (pron. App-a-LAKE-in) NY.

I feel now like PFT's been inadvertently low-level spoiling us for the ending all season

"Childhood ruined" implying that movie in and of itself isn't a childhood-ruiner

And that was what made it heartbreaking for me; Gillian has been outright awful many times but to have her taken out out of some perceived debt to that disgusting monster the COMMODORE? Ugh.

Yeah the man literally filmed himself having sex with and urinating on a child and apparently no one cares?

I'm always reminded of Todd from Breaking Bad.

Remus was apparently (possibly) the inspiration for Jay Gatsby in The Gatsby

Or the John Cusack to her Annette Bening

Oh boy, more Gary Cole scenes, so more "liberals are the REAL bigots (for not blindly accepting someone who idolizes Sarah Palin)" eyeroll fodder.

I don't understand how "you willingly had sex with this person, therefore you should be totally okay with this other person being pantsless" but the whole "crazy woman makes up malicious lies about sexual harassment" plot is one of my least favorite anywhere, so
