I could argue that you're both right and wrong. Darius hates her internship because she's doing tres menial b.s. things and the boss Bridget is an A class beyotch. She's the first one to volunteer- a little too enthusiastically- when Jake Johnson's character Jeff pitches the story and asks to take a couple of interns
