It was noticeable to this American, they were all over the place. It's not unusual for the dad to have a different accent from his kids but for the four siblings to be four different accents is weird.

Don't worry, smart people know that's not reality. My in-laws are lovely, fancy people from Alabama and I know firsthand there are plenty more where they came from but you'll never see them on TV.
I was not looking forward to Mamie Gummer, having gotten an overdose of her schtick on the good wife. Unfortunately it was worse on all counts: Grace, the plainer, mousy sister saddled with more annoying schtick in one episode than Mamie got in several seasons of TGW. Good job, Sorkin! I now want to go back in time…
Megan being up for an award for her work on Heinz just reminded me of how intensely I dislike the way she says "beans." Always with a smile and tiptoeing around a lisp. It's creepy.
Messy I get, and it's the aspect that I love most about "Girls" but I didn't find this episode uneven. It only reads that way if you see each character's ending as happy, which is certainly debatable, as is the notion they all end up where the series began.
Where is the fountain with the globe in real life? I was thinking Queens at the world's fair site, but surely that would be out of bounds for his anklet? Or is he off the anklet now?
Right but the boxed wine was in the fridge, which means it's either white or pink and I don't see Peter drinking either, much less Elle.
It's insane how many shows are in this time slot! It was the same last spring when you had Good Wife, Mad Men and Veep/Girls all duking it out. Now they're moving Revenge to Sunday night as well….I fear for my DVR. Meanwhile, the same slot on Monday Tuesday and Thursday is a wasteland, so I guess I'll just go to bed…
