I've been in a nice baking mood due to the weather, and lately I've been making this amazing whole wheat banana walnut mini muffins that stay fresh/moist all week and are great for breakfast.  And this week my boyfriend & I carved pumpkins and I saved the pumpkin seeds and made candied maple roasted pumpkin seeds.

Jacob's Ladder is definitely one I kind of hoped to see. I didn't expect it, but its   just a really unique movie - I've never come across another film like it.
