And hate is a pretty strong word, especially to throw at a bunch of movies that I just don't see being that bad. I think this list should be re-named "Movies that really aren't the worst of the 90s, but make us feel superior for hating." Chasing Amy, Life is Beautiful, Face/Off, American Beauty, and Natural Born Killers are all some of my favorites. Oh well. I already knew I wasn't cool and this only confirms it. I will say

I understand that you're trying to compare this episode to other episodes of the same show as opposed to TV in general and you are obviously demanding when it comes to the show having some sort of deeper character development and dramatic moments, but good GOD sir, a B?
