I was kinda hoping that this show's Ben would be like Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 1 Ben and continue to contribute to the group in that fashion (anti-spoiler speak). Shame TV Ben died and was likely not related.

And so ended the worst mishandling of a comic book character in the tv show version.

I remember laughing at the shotgun gag, and then a bunch of people talking. And The Office trying to make me care about characters for a spinoff that isn't going to come to light.

I'm more a fan of the music integration over actual closing dialogue. It set a really chilling mood that unfortunately climaxed right before the real cliffhanger at the end. The whole "what kind of leader will you let me be?" thing should have been the end of the musical cue; without it the meaning fell flat.

Both your subscriber audience and total pageviews are criminally low. I'm helping in both those categories.

Not as a columnist, I found this to be very lazy writing, as well. I wish I could appeal to my authority, though.

Anyone else tired of the constant flash forwards this late into HIMYM's run? Constantly hiding the romantically-available leads' left hands to protect possible giveaway rings/lack of rings is really bringing down the experience for this viewer.
