IA, and I usually love films like this. Anne Hathaway and Rosemarie DeWitt were terrific, but that's about it.

Same.

The reason the turkeys didn't fly was because Mr. Carlson put pills in their feed.

Yeah, I'm not understanding all the attacks (some of it getting personal). It's been explained why these critics wouldn't know the show (music rights, lack of recent syndication/proper dvds, more iconic and influential shows from that era). I'm 35 (born in '78), and watched it a lot when I was growing up. I loved it,

Just reading this made me laugh out loud.

I both thank you and curse you, b/c my bank account is probably going to take a hit b/c of that site.

I get why people don't like him. But he's a decent actor who seems to have worked at his craft over the years. It's not saying much, but he might be the T70's cast member (among the "kids") who ends up having the most range.

You beat me to it.

Forgot to mention, I thought it was Smithers as well.

It's not hard to pick at all. Just choose correctly.

I loved the movie, and it renewed my love for the Simpsons.

I believe that was due to real life concerns. Patrick Stewart was up for contract renegotiation, iirc. It added to the tension for Star Trek fans.
