That's why I'm not understand the "tv seasons will become shorter" argument either. That's already happened with cable programming. HBO, AMC, and other cable channels have shorter seasons compared to their network counterparts.

I think I've always binge watched in some form or another since I was a kid. I got into so many shows b/c they aired everyday after school. My parents weren't crazy about me watching T.V. on school nights, so I'd marathon shows (including soap operas) on weekends. And this was in the days of VCRs.
I watched the first episode so far. I was really excited about it, but it was meh for me. But I'll continue with it, most likely. But I'm generally looking forward to Netflix's (and Hulu's) original programming. I'm find the changes exciting.
@avclub-7e1e22a62ee38a4a0fb3e0daf5be492e:disqus , I used to watch and enjoy the show too. There were some pretty funny people there.
I'll take 30 Rock's fourth season over any of Community's seasons. I don't think that will change with the upcoming seasons.
Not all of them:
I share your controversial opinion. I vastly prefer P&R to Community.
@avclub-6c6094f256f51e83fe02bce6091163e7:disqus , I hope things get better (I know that sounds trite). I was briefly homeless in Chicago during the winter too. Lucky for me, I manged to couch surf for a few months until I got back on my feet. But there was one hairy night that I've almost completely forgotten. And I…
I thought she was pretty good in "The Social Network". I haven't seen Dragon Tattoo, but it just might have been a case of her being given too much too soon.
That's impressive. But my csb is pretty easy to beat. I was assigned to read it for freshman English in high school.
I can't believe it's not on DVD. I did not know that. I do think it's on Netflix streaming, if there's anyone who hasn't seen it yet.
I don't think anybody should be shamed for their body, but I disagree that people are less likely to pile on heavier women.
Ooh, I'm envious that you get to see Megan Hilty live.
I'm aware that the industry targets (and panders to) certain groups. I don't even have a problem with that, I just wish they did a better job of it, and would broaden their targets.
A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. I randomly picked up a copy at a bookstore. So I've read the first chapter or two. I'm not sure I'll keep reading it though, but I think I should. The last time I read it I was 14.
I think they're fake pit stains, like hair and makeup or props sprayed it onto the shirt.
I'll still watch that before Smash, if I had to be honest.
I love that episode too, obviously. It's also where my username came from.
Ok, Thanks. :)
It's a disturbing trend on pop culture sites, where women get blamed for whatever is going wrong with any given piece of media. Or something is deemed inferior because women like it.
