Loved the plane scene, but I noticed immediately that Ted not once looked down at the instruments while flying through the clouds. That made it all the more jarring when Ted then gives his "if you don't trust your instruments, you wind up upside down" speech.

I loved that… such an awesome throwaway line, that I could completely see being a valid question in that office.

The A.V. Club: Fuck you, we're going to dinner.

I just can't put into words how much I'm looking forward to the wacky antics of five craaaazy community college students, and the underemployed lawyer who spends a freakishly inappropriate amount of time hanging out with them!

Fair point, but should a mediocre show be preserved well past its prime just to satisfy a decided minority of viewers?

I'm genuinely hoping for cancellation, and the opportunity to treat "Community" Season 4 much like "Scrubs" Season 9. This episode was absolute garbage from beginning to end.

+1 on the ending, but I'd drill it down even further. All you really need to see in "Niagara" comes in the final five seconds. Jim's expression to the camera says it all.

Only if Hayden Christensen('s character) gets brutally stabbed within the first 15 seconds of the movie.

Yep… I'm ready for the apocalypse now. Wish it would hurry up.

Is that you, Mr. Green?

Not feelin' the AV Club love, Seth?

(Producer offers RW role)

So… while the boat might appear to be sinking, you've brought on more buckets?

Not exactly the same - the outfit at the lower right appears to have a burned sleeve. Nice touch!

@PugsMalone:disqus He's back row center. The full cover shows up on the mobile version.

Or at least some "ER" style scrubs… which really worked on her.

I could make it work.

More Jessica Pare sans makeup, please.

Finally, an episode I genuinely enjoyed, from beginning to end, as much as Community's earlier seasons. The writers finally figured out how to highlight the characters' long-established quirks, AND display some personal growth.

…It isn't ALWAYS sad.
