One of the best little character moments in Boogie Nights is when Maurice tells Buck to "watch that phone" when the kid calls looking for their mother, and Maurice leaves the room to look for the mom and when he comes back, Buck is leaning against the counter staring intently at the phone still. Sweet, faithful Buck

Wait, really? Netflix is ugly, won't let you use profiles for some reason (even though the original Wii supported it), and it and Hulu both require the gamepad which seems unnecessary for those apps (especially because you can't turn off the display while streaming, and the gamepad's battery life is already terrible).

okay

I was really hoping for Colonel Klink

Since this isn't making a gif out of EVERY line of dialog (and why would it), I'm going to one up him. I'm going to do something similar with a show I haven't seen, except have it collect every second in five second increments, go to where the gifs are collected, and watch/read all the gifs in order, thus having seen

And now, here's Peter Griffin with another segment of "What Really Grinds My Gears"

My favorite example of this: the British actor for McNulty doing a rendition of a shitty British accent

Only clicked on this article to make sure Sopranos made the first page, either in Test Dream or Funhouse.

No, as in the idea of it

For a long, long time I was convinced I invented the "Cha cha cha" sometimes in the Happy Birthday song.

Yikes, I'd love to read that write-up linked in the Stray Observations, but I didn't know there was anything crazyily remarkable enough on this show to be described in all caps by a site called Badass Digest

After the first 15 episodes having Lena Dunham as (at least) a co-writer, I'm relieved that the ones that don't have her involvement are just as good. Maybe Ray in last week's episode contributes to that, and I'm sure Hannah's mom in this week's has something to do with that.

Maybe it's the show's "lack of diversity" getting to me, but I totally thought Booth's assistant at the beginning was Hannah's Asian coworker who asked for a Smartwater and Luna Bar in the pilot

Is Cream too cliche of an answer to not be mentioned, or is it so obvious that it goes without saying?

So, how long until there's an episode that's just a closeup on Hannah's boobs? I'm guessing 3 hookups, aka 2 episodes.

I was secretly hoping Donald Glover signed a similar contract, but apparently his only clause was being the only male on this show not willing to tolerate the intolerableness of the Girls

So, how long until Hannah finds out about Elijah and Marnie?
