Cat loses her mind after Robb's death, just like we saw on the show, but before she's killed she basically claws her face apart in her terror and madness. It's a very harsh and sickening read, one I was not longing to see adapted onscreen.

oops I actually meant Blackfish. but yeah they're both alive I'm certain.
As a book reader Robb's death was a left hook, but Cat's demise was the knockout uppercut from Mike Tyson. Did NOT see that coming at all.
David Bradley sure is having fun with the character. He's great.
Red Wedding! Haha! We're free!
That was awful, matched a certain scene from the Breaking Bad episode called "Box Cutter."
Edmure left the hall before the massacre…I go with the old TV rule, No body means the character's still alive.
Hugs! Hugs all around!
I'd guess not, just b/c that's too early for the episode, and as someone else said, you're not going to have Tyrion rotting in a cell for seven episodes. Ep5 or sounds right to me.
We were instructed to give you hugs. So come here yous.
The RW chapter in the book had a surreal quality to it, like you could feel the tension ratcheting up as well as the heat of the packed hall, the stink of the revelers around Cat, etc.
I'm more in the emptiness and horror camp, but HBO pulled off the RW very nicely.
I'm dying to see their reactions. Shit's gonna by cray-zee!!
The RW chapter is my favorite in the entire series. It builds the tension perfectly and Cat's ending is even more awful than depicted on screen. I was dreading we'd get GRRM's version of Cat's death but HBO did not go to those lengths…thank God.
-The actor playing Lord Frey is wonderful. He has this perfect balance of perversion and prickliness that makes the character so fun to hate.
Can't Daddy Mamet whip up another load of swears, put it on stage, and pay for his kids' project?
Yep got 'em in my house in college all the time. We called them walking mustaches.
Glad He Ate Her, Sex Trek: The Next Penetration, now THOSE were porn parodies with some zazz.
I'm looking forward to next week, and yet dreading it as well, in a way. The end of the RW is brutal, even on the page - i'm not relishing the chance to actually watching Catelyn claw her face to shreds.
I thought the Titan's Bastard would play more of a role myself. Two scenes then BLAMMO here's the guy's head. So yeah, it felt somewhat streamlined, but that's how GoT The Show rolls.
