Glenn has a passive personality and was probably pretty shocked about running into a guy related to one of the group; a guy he left for dead who now has a knife in place of where his hand should be. So I give Glenn a pass on that one.

I still don't understand the scene where she's being watched by someone while performing a zombie c-section. Was the watcher supposed to (dead prisoner) Andrew?

It looked she got some of that in her mouth (the squishiest moment in the whole episode for me, personally). That cannot be good.

That made me wonder why it took so long for Rick and the gang to find the prison in the first place. They had been wandering the region for months, had maps, etc.

I'll throw "creepy" into the hat as well. I didn't love the episode but the show is taking Rick to some interesting places.
