I did not get that sense myself. To me Walt looked at the dispenser as a symbol of his past, weaker self.

I can't quite root for Skyler yet, although I'm sympathetic toward her plight. Hank I'm totally on board with, and he was a character I greatly disliked in S1. I do feel like he's going to get caught up in Walt's mess and probably pay with his life, although i'd very much like to see him and Marie get free and clear…
