I feel like they missed a trick with the "songs about Barney's mom's scrambled eggs" joke, seeing as the original lyrics to "Yesterday" by The Beatles were just "scrambled eggs" over and over again while McCartney worked out the melody.

If by "police work" you mean "hang around in the hospital and fortuitously have Saxon walk into the room he happens to be in because of a non-contrived and totally plausible character motivation" then yes, he did. Except for the part where he didn't.

Someone clearly forgot to fact check how tropical storms work. And by fact check I mean shake the magic 8 ball used by the Dexter team to address all questions and issues of logic that any 5 year old could answer. (Other than Harrison of course, who is himself basically a magic 8 ball that only contains the answer

It should follow Walt until his death (whether that be from cancer or other causes), and once that happens AMC should still air nothing but a continuous shot of his corpse decomposing in real time.

A like for the "Look Around You" reference.

I highly doubt Mrs S is Sarah's watcher even if she is more involved than we first expected. Remember that Leekie was genuinely surprised to hear that Sarah Manning existed so I doubt she's on the same side as him.

What I loved about Marnie singing is the way that she confuses the ability to sing with having actual musical talent, exemplified by her asking Ray if he knows anything about garageband before listing off a bunch of things she wants. What she's basically saying is "can you please write and produce a song for me so I

"The complaint that the show is just a bunch of Jeffries' standup, presented as-is, also began to wring true to me"

The Douglas Adams South Bank Show episode is available, it's another VHSRip, from what I remember the quality isn't that great but still watchable and on the plus side it doesn't cut out early. Google "thebox.bz".

Arrested Development is maintaining suspense and mystery about the plots and guest stars of the upcoming season with a spectacular press dump. There have been so many of these announcements that I can't remember the details of a single one.

Penny from Happy Endings is an almost identical character in both personality and appearance to Louise in the original British version of Pulling. So to answer your question, yes.

He did used to spell it Jeffries, some of his older DVDs have it that way.

Otherwise known as the T-Dog effect.

She wouldn't be getting nude if she was of a weight that met the preference of you and the other retards that liked your comment. So you're in a bit of a Catch 22 situation.

Yeh, hearing the words "on next weeks season finale" (or something close to that) was like a punch in the stomach, I thought it would be the usual 13. Now I've made an ASS out of U and ME.

Although I wouldn't put it in the top episodes of the season (I think it deserves a B-), I disagree with the review on a fundamental level mainly relating to what the episode was trying to achieve. To say that it appeared like it was recycling tired sitcom plot cliches seems to be reading too much into the mission
