There's a "90210" themed Whose Line preview floating around out there with 1-2 games, a song from Wayne, and, yes, Laura Hall and Linda Taylor.

I remember reading somewhere that tapings involved two 45 minute segments separated by an intermission. Don't know how many bad segments there were, but they were creating "new episodes" out of unused footage for 3-4 years after the show was cancelled.
Sooooo….Modern Family (wins everything) vs. 30 Rock (went out with a damn impressive final season) vs. Arrested Development (the show that started it all).
I watched one episode of Modern Family, and that was all I could stomach. The entire episode was a product placement for a Honda minivan or something, with the whole family taking turns talking about how much they loved it. Not sure if they were trying to satirize product placement, but if they were they weren't doing…
Re: Defiants showing up in Voyager
Voyager also started out using TNG phasers and tricorders…and then upgraded to newer models in Season 2 or 3 (the curvy phasers).
I'd recommend watching Buster's episode (Off the Hook) if you're losing interest. It's largely independent of the rest (so no big spoilers), plus it's 30 minutes of Buster being Buster. In my opinion, it has the highest joke density of any episode this season.
I consider all of these scenes to be far more relevant to the "gross-out" category than anything in Season 4:
I thought the first episode was one of the strongest in the season. The second…yeah I'll agree with you on that.
I never saw it, but was aware of it before the show.
I tend to agree with the idea that George Sr. isn't a strong enough character to anchor two episodes. In fact, he was never supposed to be a main character at all. Originally his arrest in the pilot was supposed to kick-start the series, but he wasn't supposed to show up again.

Well, Buster not being around was due to Tony Hale's commitment to "Veep." He's said as much in interviews. Either the shooting schedules didn't match up or he was contractually prohibited from appearing in too many episodes of Arrested Development (I know at least one cast member had such a restriction, might've been…
That explains why replicators went from "wonderous machines that can make perfect food out of think air" in early TNG to "crappy devices that make bland substitues for real food" in DS9 and VGR.
Yeah I got a big laugh out of the Klingons basically pulverizing the Cardassians over the course of a single episode.
I think he made a joke about that on Twitter, that his death in Generations was due to a script error that read "Kirk dies under the bridge" instead of "Kirk dies on the Bridge" or somesuch
I would say that they're outsiders in different ways. Martok is an outsider because of his ancestry, while Worf is more like a nobleman who's spent his whole life in exile (sometimes forced, sometimes not).
Which "beloved supporting characters" were excluded from the season? From what I understand, everyone was worked in to the greatest possible extent. Not really sure what gross-out humor you're referring to, either.
I don't think it's ever specifically mentioned, but the show only covers 5 years post-series, not 7, Cinco takes place in 2011. Not really a problem, just an observation (though there are a few anachronisms, like GOB using Siri).
