Was Skylar in the living room while they were watching the edit of the commercial? I honestly didn't notice.

Sorry; Canadian habits die hard.

Yeah, the Tet Offensive/Pearl Harbour stuff just came off as too scripted. No human being would go to the trouble of thinking up racial one-liners if they were really upset.

All the Canadians listed on screen there was a veritable treasure trove.

Because the purpose of the show is to be ridiculous while still fooling Chase. I just thought that a lawman in a dangerous situation quoting "The Fugitive" verbatim wasn't funny enough (to me) to justify taking a risk like that.

Within the show's reality, Gina quoting Survivor was a reality show contestant quoting another reality show. The warden was supposed to be an actual warden with an escaped violent offender. Maybe not the best time to bust out movie quotes.

Between the Fugitive speech cribbed word-for-word and the convict's "Can I go back to jail, please?" (which should have been accompanied by a rimshot), the writing in this episode was oddly terrible. It seems like they're trying to make it more obvious.

I think it was the fact that a convict ran right past the entire crew (who, in the show's "reality", are working on a show where actual convicts are present) and nobody said anything or alerted anyone. They were all calmly going about their business.

I somehow doubt Cage, Burton, or Peters would want anything to do with this project.

I was really hoping the Mad Pooper was in some way a reference to the National Lampoon 1964 High School Yearbook parody.

"Look at me, I'm a cowboy! Howdy howdy howdy!"

I always took the Excited Southerner as the equivalent to the severe beatings skits in the first CD - not very funny, but over quickly. And the 2nd CD had the Goat, which, if my university dorm was any indication, was the most quoted skit in human history.

His second CD was better.

Todd should have done 100 episodes for Martin and discussed how many of those 100 were hamstrung by Martin Lawrence legally not being allowed within 100 feet of Tisha Campbell.

And now she's got two kids with Khal Drogo.

Erika Alexander was pretty dull, but Lance and Charmaine kept the show going for the last two seasons. Didn't Charmaine end up on Different World after Cosby ended?

"He shot my bunyon!"

The article said it lasted one more season after Cosby ended.

I think I remember reading that syndicators ended up kicking in money for the last couple seasons of Fresh Prince, because it was a much bigger hit in syndication than it was in first-run, and they wanted more episodes to show.

Homer holding up the filthy rag he used to wash his neck makes me laugh to this very day.
