Superman's a Brit!?
That tears it, I joining the Tea Party.
*they're
I've got ten tracks from them, though I'm pretty sure one is a Contraband song, but it's all amazing. I'm convinced that "Free World", "Closing Me Down" and "She's Cool", would be classics if anyone could get their hands on them. I'm pretty sure their vinyl rips, I got 'em of SoulSeex in 2008, good summer. There was a…

being a Goldey and Creme fan is no easier, but "Under Your Thumb" still gives me chills
Marbles
This NYC power-pop band from the 70s, they played with the Ramones and Blondie in the CBGB days, and I found out about them through the movie The Blank Generation. I managed to get a bunch of their stuff out of what I know realize was sheer luck, but with no one to to talk to about how great they are, I feel…
A couple summers ago I kept running into these guys
and they were assholes. I'll never be able to get on board, I'm afraid.
Nut up.
Yeah. Yeah it is.
Opening with Washed Out
When I first heard washed I actually thought to myself "I like this, but I bet this is what Portland is like all the time". What happened to chillwave? I liked chillwave.
The Other Guys
The stuff with the Rock and Sam Jackson was too good to have them killed off so early in the movie. I really liked the idea of the action heroes operating in a B-plot somewhere in the movies background. That and Mark Wahlberg just can't land a goddamn punchline, god bless him for trying.
this is the song that doesn't end…
Check out Fashion Nugget, it's full of gems, there's a lot more miss than hit from then on, but don't skip Arco Arena either.
Not when "Even In Darkness" came out. And if DF ever does another record I hope it's Vonnegutt free. That shit is lame.
Bubba Sparxxx
The only white dude in the Dungeon Family, that's still gotta count for something. I still like his verse on "White Guts", and I mean, if you're gonna do a song called "White Guts", you pretty much have to put your white dude on it.
Baba O'Jay, Mr. Wendell was a subject of an AD song about a bum.
Game, schadenfreude.
Buckaroo Banzai and the Hong Kong Cavaliers.
Ah, but 2gether originated in a made for TV movie. Bending the rules, I'll agree, but not breaking.
