If I were to list my favorite movies of the 21st century, Mulholland Drive may be at the top, but the story itself is actually fairly straightforward. I didn't find it "difficult" at all.

And Watson finally comes out as an aspiring dentist.

I actually owe a publishing credit to that guy. Someone here posted a link to some short story he had featured on a literary site. I submitted some of my poems to it and they wound up selecting three of them.

The Wordy Shipmates felt like a great essay that was needlessly stretched out to book-length. Glad to hear that this is good (and I also liked Unfamiliar Fishes), but I really hope she hasn't totally given up on writing essays.

Am I the only one who wasn't that impressed with the Sunn O))) album? Don't get me wrong, it's very good, but I'm so used to having him blow my mind that merely "good" is a kind of a letdown…

For me, a big part of it is becoming a parent. Children in jeopardy is something I have zero tolerance to watch at this point.

This is starting to happen to me as well. As great as I hear something like Whiplash is, watching an abusive asshole bully somebody for two hours isn't how I want to spend my time anymore.
