In Russia, old '90s movies watch you!

That was another one of my family's big one. Haven't seen it in 20+ years, but even then it sort of struck me as a Spoiled White People movie. Wonder how I'd react to it now.

Me and my ex-wife would quote that to each other all the time.

My family also loved My Blue Heaven. Really, really underrated little film.

The basic premise of that movie is creepy as hell, but they actually sort of pull it off.

John Denver's Rocky Mountain Christmas. We listened to the LP every single year and me and my siblings each bought it on CD when we grew up and moved out. It'll probably be the only Denver album I'll ever own, but damned if I'm not glad to have it.

As goofy as that scene is, she doesn't lose her dignity in it. It's kind of impressive, really.

Shatner's making it to 100. I can easily see it happening.

I'm a big fan of Low's music, but he comes across as fairly unstable in You May Need A Murderer. He seemed like the kind of person who'd end up on a compound waiting for the end of days.

If I got rid by all the art I own that was created by assholes, my shelves would be pretty empty.

He has $17,000 to spend on a boxing match? Maybe I should get in on this whole "indie rock" thing…

Internet needs a hobby. It should take up jogging or stamp collecting.

I'm still bummed that that's not happening.

And Mike Love abandons his BOOOOOYYYY!!!! Abandons his CHIIIIIIILD!!!!

Hey, this isn't a straight-to-Redbox action movie that you instantly scroll past at the supermarket. It's progress.

This film falls on either end of the bed period. That was in the '70s.

Girls Town is one of those movies that doesn't sound like much when you're hearing it described, but it just gets funnier and funnier every time you watch it.

Don't forget: Tobor is robot spelled backwards.

Yeah, that one really stood out. Could you even imagine something like that making it onto broadcast TV today?

"Backstage at Lilith Fair, Joan Osbourne and Jewel have another brawl."
