    The happiest Bond movie ever!

"The Organization of People Who Can Put Together a W will now come to order…"

Team him up with Zombie Paul Newman. The Towering Inferno is one of my guilty pleasures.

I love his films, but come on. "Steve McQueen" was already taken. Nothing wrong with a stage name, even if you're a director.

My main impression of Toback was his cameo in When Will I Be Loved, where he played a professor in a dashiki who told Neve Campbell's character that she'd have to sleep with him if she wanted to be his intern. Funniest thing I'd seen in ages.

Mostly Martha was pretty good, as I remember. Martha was insanely hot. Never saw No Reservations.

Maybe he'll add just a schmekel of angst to his part.

I've been to a few. I went to see Pat Benetar at our county fair last summer and the ushers were volunteer Boy Scouts who didn't know what the fuck they were doing. We didn't get to our seats until the third song in.

Yeah, they were. It took us so long to get in that they were already a couple songs into their set once we actually entered the amphitheater. The main thing I remember about them was a shout out to Oregon for voting yes on an anti-discrimination bill the previous fall.

This. The thought of them playing Madison Square Garden is just wrong to me.

I enjoy Henry as a speaker and a writer (I've been to five of his talking shows), but his music has always been negligible for me. The fact that he no longer makes it doesn't affect me one iota.

Really interested in checking this out. After reading Wright's book, I'm baffled as to why Miscavige isn't in prison right now.

1995. PJ Harvey opened for Live. I enjoyed one, my then-girlfriend enjoyed the other. With the exception of the occasional "SHOW US YOUR TITS!!!", 99% of the audience was pretty much indifferent to PJ. I'd still like to see her play an actual show someday.

Meanwhile, Betty White has apparently been a senior citizen since 1970.

Remember when USA was basically the Wings Channel? I sure do.

Mike, Bill, and Kevin have all said that they aren't interested and without them, you basically have Cinematic Titanic. As dearly as I love MST, it ended at the right time. Let it lie.

Hey, I just want to see them explain the Michelle clone.

I remember her popping in the book club scene in Little Children. Most random thing in the world.

We'll be so happy, we'll do the Dance of Joy!

It's on the bonus features of the Octopussy DVD. He wasn't bad (would have been fine in some Golan-Globus action flick), but he wasn't remotely James Bond.
