The Emmys occasionally stumble onto some good awards, but the Grammys are a joke beyond a joke. They're the equivalent of Kevin James winning Best Actor for Paul Blart: Mall Cop.

Yeah, I can totally see them waiting until the end of the run to give it to him. Then again, they didn't give the Best Writing award to "The Suitcase", so who knows?

I'm probably totally wrong here, but (aside from Julianne Moore) Still Alice doesn't seem to be building up much buzz by itself and Gone Girl was that rare mainstream success that had real critical credibility. Part of me wonders if Rosamund Pike might come from behind to win it.
