Generational Differences
I was born in '84, and my social circle basically consists of people from their late-40s to a couple of years older than me. We all pretty much have the same tastes in music now - we go to the same concerts, listen to the same old Rolling Stones albums…but 1998-2000 is when we start to

Don't take him away from the ladies! Ladies love Dave Chang. Fact.

It's been a while
It's been a while since I've seen this, or any other older Pacino film. I'd almost forgotten how astonishingly handsome he was. What a face.

Oh, I did love 13. There are few thing in this life as adorable/sad as the video for "Coffee and TV."

I meant I wasn't following along with the chronological perspective of the bands mentioned in this piece. I was listening to rock in 1997, but it wasn't Oasis (one of the subjects of the next installment), it was Nirvana (the subject of 1991, when I was in first grade).

I've really enjoyed this and am sorry to see it wrapping up. Everything covered is music that I listened to at some point or another, but only in hindsight: I was six years old in 1990. But man, I remember the late '90s and am curious to see what you're going to pull out, because I just recall '99

He's really attractive with a wig on! Shockinlgy so.

The origial title was "Love Don't Let Me Down." Seriously.

Indeed.

FINALLY
The trip down South. I can give you directions to John Rich's house if you want to drive by and throw something.

Speaking of books from fictional characters…
I would absolutely buy a copy of Charlie Kelly's collected writings. Oh what fun it would be to decipher!

"I will put that dog down. And I will put it down with a smile."

Let's all go out and buy fur coats!

I JUST googled the actor who plays Luciano, and was not impressed. I realized almost all of his attractiveness is in the suits.

Nucky's right about one thing…
those roads are shit.

Calm down, you're going to give yourself skin failure.

You Buncha Crazies
It's Hibbert. Dr. Julius Hibbert.

I never thought about it before
But Charlie as high-school janitor makes perfect sense. He'd be a lot like the janitor in "The Breakfast Club," I think. Teaching the kids lessons and such. We already know from the S1 prom episode and the S3 North Korea episode that he's good with teens in a non-pervy way.

What the fuck
is Janet Jackson wearing in that picture? It looks like an ill-fitting garment donated to Goodwill in the year 2294 that no one, not even the naked poor, would even steal.
