I get both of those jokes! I love feeling like I'm part of the club!

I becamse much more interested in music as an adult than I ever was as a kid, and revisiting all manner of hard rock in the last ten years (KISS, AC/DC, Sabbath, etc.) makes me agog at how tame it is compared to what I'd expected from the outcries I remember from my youth.
I remember it showing up in that car commercial and first being surprised, and then thinking, "jesus, blazing down the highway in a minivan shouting Crazy Train at the top of your lungs with your family seems like the most fun a person could possibly have." We've been rerunning the experiment with "Let It Go"…
Also I'm guessing that this show doesn't have Adam Scott as a creepy sex-obsessed law student.
I don't think it was as bad as you suggest — IIRC Tucci's character introduced Portalegre to the firm when the guy's son was in trouble for something, and there were a couple scenes showing how creepy both he and the son were, but it certainly was disappointing.
I walked by him in a train station once. He really is amazingly pretty. But tiny.
I was at a birthday party for a friend of my daughter's last week. Her dad does IT for the Baltimore PD and he says all the cops love Cop Rock.
But if you assume there's little chance of you getting the FJ, then you might as well plan for the TS on the Final, because that's the only way you can win. You have to play to your outs.
When I tried out back when you try out in person, they had you write five two-line descriptions of the stories, and AFAIK, that's all the pre-pro they do. (But I didn't get called back, so I don't know.)
Yes, I think the DD wager was smart — a big bet would have meant he could win only with two correct answers, while the bet he made put him in position to win if the others were stumped by the final. Sure, winners want the ball, but I think Vince by that point had had enough difficulties that betting on not being right…
I figure people who curate museums, esp. small ones, don't like to announce that they have a multimillion dollar piece in their collection, because then someone will come steal it.
Four cult films does not a somebody make.
Meh. It's dorky, but I think it's kind of funny, and it doesn't give anyone a particular advantage because they all hear it.
I think that's overstated — HIMYM was a three-camera sitcom and was the most interestingly shot in the history of the medium.
Barsanti doesn't give a fuck what he did to you, 'cuz he is also made of stone.
The helicopter thing sounds cool, but as a pretty hefty guy, I don't think it's a good idea putting the two of us in a chopper.
I can understand how someone might not think of Zeppelin as their favorite band, but I can't respect the musical taste of anyone who doesn't like them.
You know the president doesn't actually write legislation, right? While I admit, the Clinton Administration supported some parts of the TCA, it was a GOP initiative passed with GOP votes backed by corporate money and influence.
On that episode of Wonderfalls they reimagines it as Gen Why?, which I think is great, and it's what I've been calling it ever since.
LENTILS! How could nobody know lentils?
