CF's list is dead-on for me; as a late-thirties nerd with vaguely indie tastes, a lot of the pop music and reality show bullshit passes right by me.

8 pages in, nobody cares about my personal list . . .
. . . . but I'll post it up anyway:
I dislike the band itself.
I had forgotten that show! I *knew* Warehouse 13 (the 13th?) had a familar ring to it!
1971 - Thank god the thread god older as I scrolled down.
Wrinkle in Time et al were my gateways into good SF (and fantasy) as a young kid, so I'll always have fond memories. I have all of them (aWiT, NiMH, John Christopher's Tripod novels, etc) on my shelf and haul them down every now and then for a nostalgia trip.
Agreed with Norse God - Fantasy/SF (Science Fantasy?) stuff can be great - Iron Dragon's Daughter, Perdido Street Station, etc.
Yah, I thought so too, but the V-Date scene implied multiple groups of people walking around. (Zoe quickly finished when she heard a conversation in the distance.) But the basement has been shown to be relatively open (like the first floor) and not terribly huge. It would be tough for the Cylon to start moving…
The U-87 is the only cylon that "works", right? And it is only *one* chassis, yes?
As someone posted above, billboards are probably here to stay (on real-life Earth). The giant ones will be symbols of power, the equivalent of flags or putting name on a stadium - it's not so much strictly advertising as just embedding a brand name on the world.
I didn't catch a bad plot vibe off of Ms. Greystone's (Graystone?) action at all.
Yeah, and wasn't the opening voice Billy West?
That makes sense - Coke probably couldn't afford Castellaneta et al.
I keep wanting Starbuck to be *Starbuck* for gods' sake.
@Julie:
Languages
Anyone catch the written languages in "Little Tauron"?
(at least that what I think I heard Sam say to Bill as they were walking through).
Yeah, I love Patty, but she ain't "good".
Yeah, wasn't the boyfriend (Wes) an ex-cop? And Dirty Cop was using Wes to get close to Ellen so that he could protecting himself against his fear of Ellen tracking the hit (on season one doctor boyfriend) back to him?
Oh, and @ seizures:
My boss designed that 5-story crooked blue stick.
It's supposed to be a lightning bolt.
It's actually a cell phone tower.
I have gotten the feeling that Whedon et al. have been compressing & fast-forwarding plot elements that they would have developed over multiple episodes, or even multiple seasons, b/c of the time limitations.
