I get the feeling he's tired of working with Todd Phillips if the bitchy tone of his interviews for this movie tell you anything.

Don Bluth's output was some of the most disturbing children's animation ever. He went into really dark territory and the dark tones and subject matter his films dealt with (death and the afterlife in All Dogs, immigration and Nazi allegories in American Tail) were much darker and frightening than anything in a Pixar…
I'm shocked this didn't get trashed by you guys
It's getting horrible reviews from everyone else saying it's almost a shot for shot remake of the first in a new city.
Kids films are pretty tame these days
Even though Pixar puts out quality kids flicks, I remember the days when villians would die horrific deaths and characters would smoke cigs and drink in childrens films.
This is the best "South Park" I've seen in years
This is 'A' material right here. I can't believe you over analyzed the very small commentary on the NCAA. I didn't see it preachy at all, it was funny and fit squarely into Cartman's personality.
Never cared for "Scrubs", tried watching it several times because it seemed like everyone loved it (IRL, not on the AV Club)
Woah woah woah…don't tell me you hipsters hate Anthony Jeselnik now? That guy is legitimately funny, don't give me your half-assed excuses
I gave up all soda a year ago, it's not that hard. I can't believe how the large amounts of it people consume on a daily basis here in the mid-west

I live in MN, basically the problem stems from everyone being passive agressive like the stereotype. It's one of the only places I've lived where someone will walk by you and look down at the ground without saying a simple "hello" or make eye contact.
Someone should give Lizzy Caplan and Pamela Adlon a sitcom
I would say the most comprable show to "Louie" would be "Eastbound & Down", both shows have major pathos and artful direction beneath their crude humor
You kill your wife so she can't remarry thus elminating the possibility she will fuck another man after you die. You masturbate and watch a 22 minute episode of the forgotten SpikeTV cartoon "This Just In" because whatever horrors await you in Hell will be mild compared to that terrible show.
HBO did the same thing last fall scheduling the second season of "Eastbound & Down" after the less popular "Bored to Death"
"Louie" is great but I don't think it's the funniest show on television. It definitely has its laugh out loud moments but the vignettes aren't always going for big laughs
I love that people are still saying that even though Lopez and Conan both addressed the issue immediately after the TBS announcement.
"Eastbound and Down" and "It's Always Sunny" have both been unfairly left out of this debate
