I've really enjoyed the Twin Peaks revival. And……um……it's nearly lunchtime. So that's something.

I'm reading a collection of Lovecraft stories. It's been a while since I've read him and it's fairly jarring to see how barely concealed some of the racial stuff. And that's when it's not just straight out spoken. ON the whole though, I still like his work even though it's definitely problematic at times.
Wish Fulfillment is one of my favorite Lee tunes. Great disorienting dream guitar.

You're out of Gatorade.

It may have been a different one. I read it a million years ago so I don't remember exactly. The bulk of it wasn't gossipy either. She just came off really badly and Clayton seemed in way over his head with her.
Is that the one where Adam Clayton was dating Naomi Campbell and she comes off as…..difficult?
I've lived in the Boston area my whole life and Seger still gets a ton of airplay on the classic rock stations. I've heard Against The Wind a billion times over the years and come to hate it just a little more each time I hear it.
He's a pretty big wheel down at the banana stand.
It's got that upstate prison flava that'll make yo' feet stank!
I remember being shocked when I read that Doom was Zev Love X in another lifetime. I really only ever remembered KMD for Peachfuzz and for guesting on 3rd Bass's "Ace In The Hole" and didn't think much of them. He developed some serious skills in the years between.
Once I didn't have to hear Joe Morgan with him, I came to appreciate Miller a lot more.
