It was from the new Morimoto cookbook. It's full of surprisingly accessible Japanese recipes that have been uniformly delicious. He used to work for Nobu and apparently got permission to publish his version of it.

I think it'll be fine. The major franchises are largely producer driven, and Kasdan and Kennedy are steady hands who know what the people want from a Star Wars film. They'll hire someone competent to fill the gaps and likely deliver a crowd pleaser that I give a B/B+ to.
