I think 1 was the best overall, but 3 had the better individual scares. 2 was still not bad but lacked in both areas.

That panning camera really was genius. An incredibly cheap way to get some scares but very effective. Also the girl staring/talking into the cupboard in their bedroom but not being able to see inside, even though you know it's likely you wouldn't see anything it's still creepy as fuck.
