Well said, this was too frustrating for me.

I'm so glad I'm not alone. It seemed most of the comments were positive about this season. It was all plot based stuff that seemed more suited for Penthouse Letters than for the characters they'd built in the past seasons.

I agree. It was bating with plot points that made no sense to the characters. It was almost like they fired the writers and hired new ones with seconds to spare before they shot the last episode.
