That sounds awful. There were a bunch of douches near me booing Cage. Maybe that first band just put them in a bad mood.

Fortunately, I missed them. We got caught in a bit of traffic so we only saw Cage & Gaslight, but Cage does have a history of terrible openers. They had this band with them called O'Brother a few years ago and it was the worst thing I had ever heard live.

Just not a fan man. I get he influences them, but I prefer Gaslight's modern spin on it. I'm not a fan of bands just because they influenced bands I like.

He didn't. I was nervous about it because I'm not a big Springsteen fan and didn't want it to turn into Springsteen featuring Gaslight.

I saw them for the first time last year (in Atlantic City with Cage the Elephant), I guarantee you're gonna have a great time. They put on a hell of a show and Fallon is pretty good with the banter between songs.
