It was. The DR/WT, +1 luck, +10 small guns, and +5 AP made it the best armor in the game, as far as I'm concerned.
Eventually, I'd start wearing the Tesla armor, though, just because it looked so damn cool.

Every time I go to Minefield I carefully defuse mines while I hear a few shots fly by… but I never lose my nerve. I have nerves of steel and the dexterity of a surgeon. Then the car blows me up, Skyrim giant-style.
Every goddamn time.

I always used Talon Company armor to fix my Ranger battle armor, as those dicks were always harassing me.
Wearing that armor plus the lucky glasses made critical shots a breeze.
