I've been trying to get her to watch "City of Death" for about a month now, but it's a tough slog. "The Three Doctors" seems to have put that whole era in a Timelock.

I'm getting that too. It pops up in a dialogue window when I refresh the page.

My wife is a big fan of the new Doctor Who series, particularly the David Tennant years. I tried to get her interested in the original series, but unfortunately this is the story I chose as an entry point. It is definitely not their finest hour.

I loved the idea of the Department of Temporal Investigations in this episode, and I used to think that might make a great series. Maybe if those guys had been doing their job, they could have stopped Spock from wiping out the whole timeline with his big ball of Red Matter.
Thanks for mentioning those books. I will

No way. This isn't over yet.
Let's take an angry mob over to Costner's house and make him give that freakin' Oscar to Marty.

ML: Yeah, it’s a little against type. Not just the Shakespeare, but singing and dancing in a film set like a 1930s musical… That’s not really in my wheelhouse. And I think I proved that on set. [Laughs.]
AVC: It sounds like there's an interesting story there, but I'm just going to keep plowing through my IMDB

"Hello, you've reached the voicemail of Liam Neeson. I don't have a lot of money, but I do have a particular set of skills. If you've taken my daughter, press 1 now… If you've taken my wife, press 2…"
