I mentioned it on one of the previous recaps. It is online, on MTV Canada's site. Basically anyone who's not Canadian is out of luck.

It was established in an earlier recap that Darlene stayed at the 79th Street Boat Basin.

Jon seems like a nice guy with a good head on his shoulders. I wonder if he would've been better served in a season set in Nashville, but I don't think that city was on the producers' radar then or would be now.

Oh, my god, that Grind video! I needed a good laugh.

I hope a recap comes from this too! That movie was hilarious.

I hate how they took out the closing credits scenes in the DVDs. I remember one where Heather and Julie were joking about putting a suggestion box in the loft. And there was another where Julie was in the bathroom while Eric was in the shower telling some story, and Julie got annoyed and walked away. Eric didn't

"They knew they wanted more "drama" so they went out and pulled in the
most diverse and opposite personalities they could, but then everyone
just wound up hating each other and sulking in weird little cliques."

Aw, thanks Eddie!

Thanks for pointing that out! I watched it again and thought "Is that Norm?" then watched it another time, but was wondering if I was seeing things. Glad my eyes weren't playing tricks on me!

Thanks for the shout out! I really enjoyed these recaps. However…

I should've specified that the stuff they were recording during their time on the show (save for Becky's song, which is probably on her "Rapt" album) is hard to find. I've seen Heather's stuff (except for "This System Sucks") on YouTube.

Okay, so there's now more than 20 responses, but that's due to me replying to other people's posts.

Finding the stuff the musical Real Worlders made is not easy. I've been trying to find Heather's "The System Sucks," but it's MIA. Becky's "Mr. Sunshine" is probably available on her "Rapt" album.

Or send a message through the Pony Express. haha

The reunion I mentioned above is separate from the one you're thinking of. The one I mentioned above happened in 1993 and led in to the Los Angeles season, and the one you're thinking of had the first three seasons (with London's cast coming for the last five minutes) and was in 1996. That one's available on VHS, if

Less than 20 responses on this? Not good. I didn't want to register because I barely comment on anything here other than these recaps, but I caved. I hope that others register because I miss the great commentary.

Were you also going to recap their first year reunion from 1993? I remember everyone being annoyed that the show became "The Julie Show," annoyed that Eric got "The Grind," and annoyed that Andre brought a girl he was seeing to the loft. I remember there was a lot of tension between the group that only got released

No commentary on Heather wrestling Eric and holding him down? That scene was classic. You really don't mess with Heather B.
