This may not be the funniest show (it is up there), but there hasn't been an episode in I don't know how long that keeps a continuous smile while I watch it.

Episode 5 is a good starting off point as well. But the emotional connection to the characters doesn't happen until Varro dies. But season one from episode 5 until now improves so much.

That final shot of Naevia's eye seeing Crixus being beheaded may be one of the most beautiful things I have seen. Seeing Crixus die in a reflection was something I did not expect.

Naevia 2.0 is bad, we can all agree on that. I think the writers and show creator acknowledge that by limiting her screen time. Seriously has she surpassed 10 minutes of screen time through 7 episodes?

Since the season started I began rewatching from season 1 again. Is there a proper way to rewatch the series? I go 1, prequel then 2.
