I saw the pilot and realized I love this show too much. As such, I plan on holding off on getting invested until it gets a second season. I don't want my heart broken.
It's been five weeks since I decided to take a break from Borgen and I can barely remember anything about Borgen. I guess it just wasn't my thing. Maybe I'll still watch this last season over break…
I had no idea this was coming to hulu today! They should have advertised that better >.>
Yeah, it's the little touches like that.
Now I want to watch Damages, and if that was your goal, good for you.
I like that The Returned is French because it gives me an excuse to use it as something for me and my French-major friend to bond over. Hopefully we can sync up our schedules and find the time to watch this.
Farscape: The End of the Slump
I know the producers have been saying forever that Ollie and Laurel are an endgame pairing, but if they double back and axe Laurel I will be so happy.
When he was being injected with stuff I was like "Yessss! He's gonna get super powers!" and then he died and I was disappointed. What a fun actor.
I cheered, then shed a single tear. It was beautiful.
And I love that they did it at the beginning of an episode, so they could let the implications unravel. Like you said, thanks to internet spoilers, it would have made a lame cliffhanger.
It's already pretty awesome. Plus, we might get actual SUPERvillains out of it!
Also, Alasdair, I'm so happy that your constant wishes to find out how Oliver got into the Russian mafia this season are coming true.
I just want to bring up again how deliciously pulpy this show's dialog is. "Hey, Johnny! These days I check the box marked single too." was probably the most delightfully overwritten.
Thanks for the correction. I assumed the lack of confirmation for Renner meant Hawkeye's fate was uncertain, but I guess I was wrong to worry.
My new favorite episode title ever.
That was what I was going to do! But the materials were way too expensive.
If that's the movie that has Hazel and Augustus from The Fault in Our Stars as siblings, yeah.
They call themselves "The Schwarmas"
