I'm just kind of sitting here aghast that we are flat out DENYING that people use queer now in a progressive, inclusive way. It's a thing that happens!!!

I'm so bummed about Enlisted because I'm actually someone who's been looking forward to it and even I had no idea it was starting this week until yesterday :(
The Set Your DVR messaging has started to become fairly commonplace.

Yeah, neither of those shows are on. The thought of The Voice taking a 3 week break and concluding on January 6th for its finale is almost sillier than Christmas lights continuing past New Year's.
You get Blacklist reruns and a Castle instead, people.

Tell me! They only put out one season on DVD that I can tell and I think Hulu only has a partial chunk of the series. I would love to start watching, but also want to know I can finish it. Same with Hill Street Blues.

The world is a cruel place where it's impossible to find anything past S3 of St. Elsewhere though. :(

We have to teach Unique how to close her mouth when she's not speaking :(

This whole time I thought Edgehill was Eggshell.

I think this show is a bit better this season but the music is so much worse. I think what the label is doing to Scarlett is interesting for story, but I don't really like hearing her sing anymore :(

The part that really perplexes me is that they censored someone saying that on Real Housewives of Miami the same week they allowed it on Top Chef the first time this season. Might be that the housewife was drunk and screaming that made the difference.

I don't watch Big Bang, but the grades either seem to be a C or a solid A. I find it fascinating.

It was all males this season until Janine though, and that was pretty shocking considering the history of this show and its female contestants. I'd say Top Chef is anything but gender balanced normally. The back-to-back-to-back all-male finals of seasons 6,7 & 8 come to mind.

I don't buy Sara as villain at all. She's a bit bossy but not outwardly
mean and seems to be more disappointed in herself than anything. The
real Top Chef villains have an inflated sense of self or else a complete
disregard for reality. You don't really become a Top Chef villain to me
until you start claiming that

Wow, I had never heard that before. I loved Lee Ann and it makes me oddly happy to know she was indispensable.

It's definitely been edited since - I copy and pasted what was there originally.

"Dr. John, a totally crazy-looking musician"

This Teacher's Tournament has basically halted my sudden resurgence of Jeopardy love. Haven't watched all week :(

I think Mindy has made it pretty clear at this point that she's not interested in writing for any women besides herself. I just feel like if Tamra is supposed to be a spoof on the best friend trope, there should at least be a few scenes of them actually being friends.

I think this episode was an absolute failure in saying ANYTHING intelligent or productive about race whatsoever. Just an absolute wreck - probably my least favorite in the series' already spotty history.

I basically started crying. So hilarious.

I'm kind of at the point where I'm actively rooting for Axl to fail in life, which seems mean of me. But he's meaner.
