*whispers into a void of who cares* "Heartbeat is on NBC."

So you guys are reviewing Damien but not Underground…

How is it possible that neither Oliver nor any of the comments I've read thus far have called out Ru's "Anime West" critique of Kim? I howled.

Exactly. He ended up my absolute favorite part of the show

I feel like Last Week Tonight is really starting to suffer from repetition. It feels like an Austin Powers sequel at this point - the shell of the jokes doesn't actually ever change.

John Oliver is guaranteed to make at least one joke that uses a hyperbolic description of chain restaurant food as a punchline each week and for some reason it's really starting to grate on my nerves.

Laine and her shitty band would have mocked Beyoncé for being pop/R&B and not a college rock band.
Distinctly remember Laine saying "We had Donna Summer on the run" at one point and knowing I'd always carry some hate in my heart for her. Something about a reference to a Madonna t-shirt too and then she immediately

I think there's a new Ground Floor tonight too and that Alexa covers it now.

Doesn't Mozart in the Jungle go up today?

I feel like revisiting that review will be a really fun way to waste my workday.

Last month I saw the same Kit-Kat Halloween commercial 16 times during a single episode of something on their app.

Considering how neutered gay men often are on television (particularly network television), I was kind of thrilled by how raunchy the pilot got with Conner. There was an implied rim job on ABC. What a world!
But now it's in every episode and it's really the only thing the character has at this point. It's swung so far
