Reddit is a platform. There are lots of communities that use that platform. Some of them are fine, some of them are the worst people in the world, there's greater or lesser degrees of interaction between these communities. This makes it very similar to Facebook or Twitter. Is Twitter a barrel of shit because of the…

But now you have GIANNIS so that is something to look forward to, hopefully

I wouldn't wanna hang out with either one of Harbaugh or Carroll, but Harbaugh's tantrums are at least entertaining. You're really not entertained at all by this grown-ass 50-year-old man screaming like a child on the sidelines?

"Roman Polanski put his fist through Jack Nicholson's TV set on the set of Chinatown for watching too many Lakers games in his trailer. "

x = 0, 28/3, (28 + sqrt(832))/6, (28 - sqrt(832))/6. What do I win?

I, um, don't think John Madden actually designs the Madden NFL games.

I have a very serious question. How does the cafeteria lady flip Bob off if everyone has four fingers?

I really like a lot of Wallace's short stories, and "Good Old Neon" and the chapter of The Pale King published as "Backbone" are among my favorite things he ever wrote. But I wouldn't say I "enjoyed" many of his short stories, since they lack the humor and lightness of Infinite Jest and of the best essays.

I'd call all three of those classics, but Blueprint and The Black Album came out when I was young and impressionable, so I'm probably more nostalgic than some.

I wish it adhered to a more regular schedule, but after what happened to the Tompkast, I'll take what I can get.

A baby is not a chicken, a chicken is not a baby

The B.S. Report is fun when Simmons has a good guest (okay, mostly I just listen to the Zach Lowe episodes…)

I like it, since it's pretty hard to get something reasonably consistent with the descriptions of Wompler's appearance that still looks like a human being.

There was a lot of weird racism in that episode. I get that it was "ironic," but it still kept me from voting to put it in the top 10, because it just went on too long.

It's not "incredibly problematic." At worst, it's mildly annoying. Things that are actually incredibly problematic include poverty, institutionalized racism in law enforcement, and the War on Drugs.

1. Not true of everyone on this website.

Man, it seems like all James Franco does these days are weird homo-sex-art-films and stoner flicks. It's weird to think that he was, and will likely again be, a serious actor with Oscar nominations.

I think 229 is probably the best, but I would not be disappointed if Murderer Heaven won. The sheer amount of mic'ed giggling from Rob Corddry (and Scott, to a lesser extent) puts it in the top 10 by itself.

Nah, you're good, I'd say a quote from the director counts as "direct evidence to the contrary."

Yeah, same here.
