I love Phantasy Star IV, but have no real affection for the games that came before or after.

I'm choosing to believe Rodney has a weird tradition of filling his sink with dirty dishes for his birthday that he doesn't realize is unique to himself.
Other than Fiji and Cook Islands, though, I'd say that's pretty normal for a Survivor cast.
Your top three is very close to my top three, but I'd take out Pearl Islands and put Panama (Exile Island) in there instead.
Sure, no problem! I'm saying there seems to be a dichotomy between "Why don't we ever see white characters with Asian love interests? Are they saying Asians aren't attractive enough?" and "Why should Asian characters need to be in relationships with white people to validate themselves? We/they don't have anything to…
One thing I find distressing (from both Asian and non-Asian commentators on this topic) is that lamenting the poor state of Asians as romantic leads in pop culture tends to valorize "Dating white people", like that's the Holy Grail of sexual attractiveness. On the other hand, if you go too far in the other direction,…
MMORPGs: They are designed to create addicts and guilt you into continuing your subscription based on social obligations. They have ruined many people's lives. But damn it feels good to play them sometimes.
"Dan, don't you see what Tyler, Carolyn, Rodney, and Will have in common?"
"They're four people who've never been in my kitchen!"
Well, he is the host of the show. I mean, it's crazy if the host would say before the season, "The upcoming season is subpar; you can take or leave it. No one who makes it far is likeable."
Andre Braugher's "Oh… oooh…. oh no" alone deserves as many Emmys as Julia Louis-Dreyfus has.
If you ask me, costume-wise, MKX is not complete until Nightwolf and Stryker are added and we can finally have a Erron Black/Jax/Nightwolf/Stryker "Village People" DLC.
What irritated me most was Will saying family was more important to him than money. Well, then, don't leave them to go on Survivor in the first place!
Didn't Sierra think the Dan and Mike were holding extra rice from the Honest/Deceit Box choice way back in episode 1? No one called her soulless as a result.
I felt like it took me a while to keep Readceras and Dyrwood and Glanfathan and Aedyr and all the history/geography straight, but once I did, I found it quite enchanting. It's definitely setting ripe with future storytelling possibilities (and not necessarily through computer games).
Eder hasn't said a thing about my Tiny Beetle pet yet! :(
I don't mind the relative shallowness of the companions; they do have sufficient banter and interjections for me. But I feel like their motivations for joining the Watcher could have been improved. Even in Baldur's Gate II, it was a usually a case of "Help me with my family keep/Druid Grove/Planar Sphere and I'll help…
Agreed. Turning on the various auto-pause options is essential, really. For example, if you don't auto-pause when a character uses an ability, you end up forgetting about your spellcasters for a while.
But still no PC port for any of the Marvel vs. Capcom games… *sob*
Don't worry. Everyone else's ideas for comments are nothing more than an incisive observation, humorously phrased, and delivered with impeccable timing.
Gloria threatening Sophia? I wonder what leads to that?
