There's nothing that says the monks have to clear off just because the bacteria has gone away though. They would still be there in the pyramid with all their simulations, able to look for another point to attack.

Aww, let poor emo 10 have his 90 year I'm dying tour ;-)

Having a "good" companion go against the Doctor's wishes and use their own judgement was why I liked the episode. For some reason it isn't a well they go to particularly often but what Bill did make total sense from her point of view. Besides there's no guarantee stopping this immediate threat would get rid of the

They are as annoying as a Mosquito (Song)

our critic A.A. Dowd was not particularly impressed

Or do we just want to think that something does?

If not they should have.

If you did it sounds like you would be enjoying some temporary discomfort while the computer set things up for whoever/whatever's around in 500 years or something. To judge by almost all politics, humanity wouldn't enjoy this.

I think the difference is that there's no illusion any of us will ever be able to compete with the machines once they get going.

This kind of thing also seems to come up in law and policy. We don't seem to be good at correcting them to deal with the obvious issues that are going to arise…..

They can't get 'em past Health and Safety now PH ;-) Too hard on everyone's eardrums…..

Well hopefully Moff can end it in a satisfying way.

I liked this but I didn't like the simulation of the Doctor being able to email his real self. It seems a bit mad a species is clever enough to make that simulation but not clever enough to isolate the simulations from real world computers/internet.

To be fair, having grandiose plans and being way over the top is kind of the Master's thing. It's hard to have too many quiet moments when that's your whole M.O.

I meant George Michael specifically. Part of why I like the S3 ending was that Michael finally got his shit together and took G-M out of a harmful situation.

Yeah it was used to provide a lot of the interest and novelty.

I liked Maeby's episode and plot best until the whole sex offender thing…..

I think Michael needs to have the desire to do right by his family or he becomes an unpleasant character to spend time around.
