Well done and keep it going. Hugs :-)

Hang in there MK.

This sounds like a solid idea for a niche podcast ;-)

That's what I scream every time Disqus says it will take longer to load than normal. "This is normal!"

From what I remember the alternatives are worse. By which I mean Kinja and spot.im. Although doing spot.im is like taking drugs. The screen is always moving and there are lots of pretty primary colours…..

1) Good call on The IT Crowd and Matt Berry. I love Matt Berry's voice so much.

From listening to his podcast I think he's a steelier character than the cheery disposition would suggest.

I'm an English person who has only seen about five films and my favourite one is The Matrix. You need someone who knows the basics.

I really like the key episodes and the last few episodes of S4. Also I thought it was interesting that Finch gets a taste of his own medicine in terms of feeling surveilled and controlled by artificial intelligence since I didn't really like how the show handled internet privacy issues in the earlier episodes. Is there any merit to paying people who were promising student film-markers/are earlier in their careers than you to provide detailed commentaries and feedback?

I don't know but I think I remember having this same discussion with somebody on one of Jon Ronsons's book reviews. Also while I'll grant you they are similar people with similar interests, they got stuff made/published more or less at the same time. His manner works well with all manner of aggressive people/people who would be naturally hostile to him.

I came to it late as well and really enjoyed it (thank you Netflix). I feel like it gets progressively stronger as well, although I haven't seen the last season yet.

I think he works so well in The Matrix because he has this innocent and fairly straightforward quality. He has a bad day job but his real interest is in solving this mystery of why the world seems wrong. Then after he joins Morpheus, he's good at conveying how Neo's entire worldview has fundamentally changed and

I thought it was a fun guilty pleasure movie if you like hot doomed martyrs ;-)

Plus also the hostage taking. Maybe that was the original purpose. "Hey girls/women, if this war goes really South, maybe your kidnapper won't be so bad after all!"

Yeah it's more like she shouldn't judge him for holding her father hostage and then being kind of rude and difficult when they are negotiating the whole Belle for Maurice swap. Which is dumb because you totally should judge someone for taking hostages and you should then use that judgement and leave the impending

In Hollywood, a tertiary character.
