internet tough girl and I did give up after the first show this season. Maybe we'll have to give it another shot since it seems like alot of people here are enjoying it.

I don't know this Vago character but that was hilarious.
Constance Wu is an international treasure.
Boy, the Goldbergs can really pull at the heartstrings; even my kids, who are much more stoic than their mushy parents, are emotionally invested in this show.
Chloe's eyebrows deserve an Emmy. The cast is fantastic, and the show's ability to make stories that in synopsis would read like a grim slog fun and funny is a bit magical.
Well, I'm not mad, I just found this episode drawn out and boring. That said, this show has given me a great deal of pleasure over the years and I am certinly not giving up on it.
I never fast-forwarded through an episode of this show until this horrible mess was foisted upon us. The anticipation of finally meeting the Baddest Big Bad may have led me to expect too much, but I feel like padding out an already slowly developing story line was a serious miscalculation.

Typing positive comment about a great but under-appreciated show in a probably fruitless attempt to increase the likelihood of its being renewed: five stars.
I like Gaffigan's stand-up, and I find myself liking this show even more.
Re: #3 You couldn't be more right. That shit was worse than the last SNL.

Or Elton John.
Are they filming on Whore Island?
What a great cast. For what it's worth I consider this a good show that is made almost great by actors that are uniformly terrific. The core four are awesome, and the rest are just as good. I know alot of people consider this a throwaway show, but so much of the personal stuff (parent/child, boyfriend/girlfriend, BFF…
His decision to get a Belgian Malinois certainly seems questionable.
This show has gotten so much better—unlike Nnamdi, who has been just awful the last two seasons.
Todd is like the smart guy who always ruins everything, pointing out tiny movie plot holes you missed or how the upcoming band you like is derivative of something or another. I thought this show was the best of the season, with lots of honest laughs, then I read the review and find myself agreeing with Todd's points…
