This episode wasn't that funny, but it FELT like a real Office episode - maybe because the main Belsnickel plot only involved original characters.  I like Ellie Kemper as an actress and am OK with Erin as a character, but she still feels like an interloper to me.

I think there's a whole subtext here that the more innocent among us, who clicked on this link just because we thought, "Hey, it's that guy from Head of the Class," can't follow.  Apparently, based on remarks above, there are longstanding rumors that Schneider has indeed engaged in improper (to put it mildly) conduct.
